Become an EDR Neighborhood Environmental Report Certified Partner

Nothing matters more than the value your clients see in your services.

Environmental Data Resources, Inc. (EDR), the nation’s leader in environmental information, now offers the Neighborhood Environmental Report, which will help keep you ahead of the curve and up-to-date on environmental information in the real estate industry.

Your clients will have peace of mind knowing that you provide the most complete report drawn from EDR’s comprehensive and up-to-date private collection of federal, state, local and tribal databases in the U.S. EDR’s Neighborhood Environmental Report makes homebuyers and home owners aware of real or potential environmental issues on or near a property.

All EDR Certified Partners offering the EDR Neighborhood Environmental Report must participate in training to become EDR-certified. Training ensures that you have the tools and resources necessary to fully explain a report’s findings, as well as to direct and assist buyers (or sellers) in obtaining additional information as needed.
