SBA's Updated SOP 50 10 5(B)
The latest updated version
of the U.S. Small Business Administration's Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) 50 10 5, Lender and Development Company Loan Programs, will be effective on October 1, 2009. This version of the SOP, to be known as SOP 50 10 10 5(B), will apply to all applications received by the SBA on or after October 1, 2009. The new version includes several revisions to the SBA's environmental policies and procedures.
