SBA's Updated SOP 50 10 5(A)
On February 6, 2009, the SBA announced new revisions to its standard operating procedure (SOP) for 7(a) and certified development company loan programs, which had previously incorporated major changes in 2008. The revised SOP 50 10 5(A), which became effective on March 1, 2009, includes changes to the SBA's environmental due diligence requirements.
