    The E 1527-13 revision is the result of three years of discussion and debate among many dedicated stakeholders who spent countless hours at ASTM Phase I ESA Task Group meetings and on conference calls closely examining the standard and hammering out every word of the revision. The majority of professionals in the field do not actively participate in the process of updating E 1527—yet they need to be poised and ready to adjust their Phase I ESA practice as soon as the new standard takes effect (typically, immediately upon release).

    In January, we launched the Sanborn Viewer, a huge improvement in how consultants experience the great historical information provided by Sanborn Maps. The interactive web viewer allows you to flip through years of coverage and overlay Sanborns on top of current aerial photography, so you can easily see where potential contamination lines up with the current property features.

  • Bresser’s City Directory Images Now Available

    Great news! You can now access state-wide coverage for high-quality Bresser’s city directory images for the entire state of Michigan directly from EDR. Bresser’s Cross-Index Directory Company began publishing directories in the 1940s in sections of Michigan and expanded their geographic coverage in broader areas of the state in the 1970s. Their geographic coverage also includes small portions of south Florida, Indiana and Wisconsin which we will include in our coverage offerings.
